- You develop, build upon, and comply with the company's quality assurance standards.
- You conduct thorough inspections and audits to ensure products meet regulatory and industry standards.
- You assess data and performance metrics to identify potential issues and opportunities for process improvement.
- You investigate and resolve product non-conformance issues, collaborating with relevant departments to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- You develop new standards for production and design, with improvements as needed, and create testing protocols for all service lines.
- You communicate effectively with stakeholders, including suppliers and internal teams, to address quality-related concerns.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's Degree. Mechanical Engineering preferred but other related fields will be considered.
- 3-5+ years of Quality Engineering experience, chemical processing or related field.
- MS Office, SAP/MRP experience, preferred.
- Certified Quality Engineer by American Society of Quality preferred.
- Six Sigma Green belt certification preferred.
- Training in Lean/5S principles
- Must be willing and prepared to work on the production floor.
- Ability to interface with suppliers, manufacturing personnel, business groups, Henkel international sites and customers.
- Competent in problem solving techniques such as FMEA, PPAP, etc.

The salary for this role is $55,000.00 - $70,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
