About this position

What you´ll do

  • Coordinates and executes the HR activities and administrative tasks to ensure effective day-to-day HR operations and case management
  • Provides support to and executes the respective HR processes
  • Ensures HR practices and policies are in compliance with corporate standards, statutory regulations and laws
  • Acts as a liaison between management and employees by handling questions, processing personnel admin, and helping resolve work problems
  • Analyzes HR data to provide actionable insights
  • Prepares and maintain reports required by federal, state, and local regulatory agencies
  • Communicates company policies and ensure they are understood and followed within the organization
  • Supports HR Projects and initiatives, organize employeesessions, workshops, and seminars Assists in the design and execution of performance evaluation programs
  • Collaborates with the CoEs and BU/F HRBPs in the implementation of CoE and strategic HR projects into the BU/Fs
  • Assist the processes of salary review, promotion, international assignments and retention for business/functions employees
  • Contribute to initiatives related to talent management, succession planning, and leadership development on regional/ local basis
  • Provides feedback to Regional CoE, Process owners and GBS+/Operations about HR solution effectiveness

  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Completed university degree
  • Experience in Human Resources management within manufacturing plants
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws
  • Experience in union relations and collective bargaining
  • Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources processes
