About this Position

As Key Account Manager (KAM) Price Clubs at Henkel Consumer Brands, you will be responsible for leading commercial strategy and operational execution with key accounts in the price club channel (such as Sam's Club, Costco, among others). What you'll do will be fundamental in ensuring profitable growth, portfolio optimization, and proper execution at the point of sale, aligned with the company's objectives and brand strategy.

What you´ll do

  • Develop and implement annual business plans for key accounts in the channel, including sales forecasts, promotions, innovation, and profitability.
  • Manage commercial relationships with buyers and decision-makers at price clubs.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, trade marketing investments, and display agreements.
  • Monitor customer performance (sell-in/sell-out), manage budgets, and ensure compliance with KPIs (volume, profitability, market share, etc.).
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, finance, customer service) to ensure effective and efficient execution.
  • Analyze market data, channel trends, and consumer behavior to generate insights that drive growth.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, assortment, and formats specific to price clubs.
  • Oversee the implementation of promotional activities, launches, and activations on the sales floor.

What makes you a good fit

  • University degree in Administration, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles within the modern channel, preferably with previous experience managing price club accounts.
  • Solid knowledge of the mass consumer market, channel dynamics, and commercial strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented approach.
  • Negotiation, leadership, and influence skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Office software, and intermediate proficiency in analysis tools (Nielsen, Power BI, Madrid Evolution, IRC).
  • Intermediate English.
