What you'll do

  • Partner with business leaders and HR to deeply understand talent needs and build effective hiring strategies across LATAM.
  • Own full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles, ensuring a strong pipeline and exceptional candidate experience.
  • Leverage data and insights to guide decisions, identify challenges, and continuously improve recruiting effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and influence hiring decisions through data and expertise.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in all hiring processes.
  • Partner with employer branding, sourcing, and operations teams to optimize candidate attraction and recruitment efficiency.
  • Stay up to date on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity in the LATAM region. 

What makes you a good fit

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years focused on the LATAM region.
  • Proven track record of managing complex recruitment across multiple countries and functions.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) required.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed, and multicultural environment.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems.
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, execution-driven approach.
  • This position is temporary, with an expected duration of six months.
