What you´ll do
- This position is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the marketing department, ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns, projects and processes. This role requires a highly organized individual who can manage multiple tasks, track project progress and facilitate communications between various teams.
- Data Management and Reporting - Tracks and monitors promotional and blended NES & GP1 reporting across all categories and channels to support achievement of financial KPIs
- Supports annual KP roll-up and tracking across all channels and brands
- Promotional Movement Efficiency – Supports in reporting of national promotional movement, sell through and minimizing obsolete inventory.
- Supports marketing team with planning and GTM cycle, including scheduling meetings planning/promo review meetings, organizing files, preparing and distributing internal updates on project status, memos; assist in tracking budgets, issuing POs and vendor support
- Process Optimization - Develops and implements efficient processes for marketing operations to enhance productivity and effectiveness. Maintains up to date master promo calendar and presentation as a sourcing tool for channel presentation needs.
- Maintains up to date procedures manual on key processes for the team
What makes you a good fit
- Field of study: BA/BS emphasis Business, Communications, or related field
- Previous experience in marketing or operations is preferred
- Strong analytical and organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail – ability to gather complex data and accurately present meaningful insights for a senior audience.
- Strong financial acumen – thoroughly understands the P&L and levers to overcome obstacles to deliver topline and bottom line
- Ability to synthesize available market data and trends to draw insights and leverage them to build an impactful story and support in recommendations.
- Customer Focus - Listens to customers, builds relationships, and identifies and resolves customer concerns in a consistent manner, or asks for help as needed.
