What you´ll do
- Develop marketing strategies and long-term vision for the brand with the Brand Director
- Lead the Canadian marketing team to:
- Build a best-in-class consumer journey by optimizing all key end user touchpoints (Paid Media, Organic Social Media, Website, In Store)
- Lead direction for the content strategy to authentically connect with our consumers
- Influence innovation pipeline and portfolio optimization with a focus on profitable growth and meeting end user needs
- Own development of packaging design and artwork
- Develop winning channel strategies to meet business objectives
- Strong collaboration with Canadian sales team
- Collaborate with & leverage internal SMEs (subject matter experts) and external agencies to execute brand strategy
- Build best in class product launch packages to ensure sales team success
- Develop and lead presentations for key customer and internal meetings
- Understand end user needs and identify future market trends, product/service expectations and translate them into business growth opportunities
- Build relevant customer/market relationships, attend and support customer events, trade shows, and other industry events
What makes you a good fit
- 7+ years of direct experience working in a marketing manager role, consumer facing experience preferred but not required.
- Bachelor's degree required, focus on marketing, or business.
- MBA preferred.
- Excellent executive presence.
- Savvy in brand communication and brand activation.
