What you´ll do

  • Draft and review a wide range of commercial contracts, including supply, distribution, marketing, service, equipment and non-disclosure agreements, including amendments and renewals, in alignment with Legal team
  • Coordinate closely with stakeholders such as sales, operations, quality, engineering and global trade teams to align contractual obligations with business goals and legal requirements
  • Review marketing and advertising assets (e.g., product labels) and advertising media (e.g., print ads, sell sheets) as well as social media content
  • Maintain and improve contract management systems and processes 
  • Support the Compliance & Privacy Officer in awareness initiatives, investigations, compliance tracking and day-to-day compliance counselling
  • Support training campaigns and presentations on commercial and compliance topics

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate or equivalent experience required
  • 4+ years of relevant experience with preference for in-house roles in manufacturing or industrial tech sectors
  • Demonstrated expertise in drafting and reviewing various types of contracts
  • Familiarity with contract management tools and contract lifecycle processes
  • Understanding of corporate compliance frameworks (e.g., anti-bribery, antitrust) preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe and contract database systems
  • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and structured in managing large workloads
  • Excellent prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of integrity and sound judgment in handling confidential information
  • Proactive and self-driven with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to problem solving

The salary for this role is $75,000.00 - $85,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
