About this Position

The Sales Representative/Education Expert manages a territory of salons, wholesalers, and retailers to meet sales goals and acquire new customers. This role combines sales growth with delivering high-quality, innovative education to support and inspire clients. Key responsibilities include building strong relationships, increasing market share, and maintaining brand integrity. The position also ensures a strong professional image through creative educational programs aligned with company objectives. 

What you´ll do

  • Achieve sales targets, drive new customer acquisition (NCA), and grow existing accounts through strategic planning and execution.
  • Maximize product distribution across salons and retailers to increase market share and brand presence.
  • Plan and deliver high-quality education sessions (face-to-face, virtual, and in-salon) aligned with global standards to support customer success.
  • Build strong client partnerships through regular business reviews, tailored support, and ongoing communication.
  • Optimize travel and customer coverage to ensure efficient territory management and meet daily call standards.
  • Lead in-salon promotions, seminars, and special events to drive engagement and boost sales.
  • Maintain accurate records, complete required reports, and manage administrative tasks including expenses and journey plans.
  • Adhere to company policies, participate in training (e.g., Train-the-Trainer, conferences), and pursue ongoing professional growth.

What makes you a good fit

  • Proven sales experience in the beauty or haircare industry, with a strong track record of achieving KPIs and sales targets.
  • Professional hairdressing background with 2–4 years of salon experience and advanced skills in colour, care, cutting, and finishing.
  • Hairdressing qualifications required; Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and experience as an educator are desirable.
  • Excellent communication, public speaking, and presentation skills, with the ability to train and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with solid organisational and computer literacy.
  • Demonstrated ability to acquire new customers, build lasting client relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
