About this Position

We are offering the opportunity to join a team of SHEQ experts managing an interdivisional project within HS Infrastructure. The project focuses on migrating our current document management system to a newly established tool called ReMaP. The role involves providing administrative support by reviewing preparation worksheets, submitting finalized documents to ReMaP, and reporting on the migration status. The individual in this position will gain insight into the structure and requirements of a certified documentation system in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.

What you´ll do

  • Support the digitalization of SHEQ processes by executing the migration of documents from HSQuality SharePoint to the new ReMaP HIMDOC platform
  • Utilize ReMaP HIMDOC to manage and optimize documentation workflows, including exploring and understanding existing database functionalities
  • Ensure quality and compliance by reviewing the structure of finalized documents and addressing any issues directly with the respective authors
  • Monitor and report progress by tracking the status of preparation worksheets and the volume of successfully transferred documents to the Corporate SHEQ Team
  • Collaborate with the internal SHEQ project team to identify project weaknesses and contribute to the development of best practices

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.235 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
