What you´ll do
- Support the digitalization of SHEQ processes by executing the migration of documents from HSQuality SharePoint to the new ReMaP HIMDOC platform
- Utilize ReMaP HIMDOC to manage and optimize documentation workflows, including exploring and understanding existing database functionalities
- Ensure quality and compliance by reviewing the structure of finalized documents and addressing any issues directly with the respective authors
- Monitor and report progress by tracking the status of preparation worksheets and the volume of successfully transferred documents to the Corporate SHEQ Team
- Collaborate with the internal SHEQ project team to identify project weaknesses and contribute to the development of best practices

- Previous internships or practical experience around Integrated Management Systems (IMS), document control, or project management are a plus
- Fluent in both German and English language

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.235 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
