What you´ll do
As a Digital Marketing Graduate, you will play an active role in both the strategic and operational aspects of our marketing efforts across the Nordics. You’ll work hands-on with digital platforms and support broader marketing initiatives to ensure strong brand execution and campaign performance. Specifically, you will:
- Support the planning, execution, and reporting of digital marketing campaigns across Meta and other platforms
- Assist in content creation and asset management using tools like Canva and our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system
- Prepare and update trade and quarterly sales presentations for internal and customer-facing use
- Coordinate marketing operations between internal departments and external agencies
- Participate in campaign performance analysis and digital reporting
- Manage production and ordering of point-of-sale (POS) materials, such as wobblers, shelf strips, and trays
- Track marketing materials and requests, including offer submissions and purchase orders
- Collaborate with the marketing & sales to ensure consistent digital and offline brand messaging
- Take part in team meetings and projects, providing structured input and proactive follow-up

What makes you a good fit
- You should graduate before September 2025 and no more than two years prior with a Bachelor’s, Master’s (or equivalent) degree in Business, Economics, or similar.
- You are fluent in English and one Nordic language (Swedish, Finnish, Danish or Norwegian).
- You are proactive, structured, and keen on details. You are also flexible, motivated, and take ownership of your tasks.
- You are a strong team player and can work effectively as a part of a multi-functional team both on-site and online.
- You have advanced Power Point and Excel skills, as well as experience in Meta, Canva and other digital marketing platforms
- You are available for 12 months from September 2025 (earlier start time possible)
