About this position
About this Position
- Work location: Chengdu, Standard working hours.
- Role: Primarily responsible for the development and adjustment of production plans, scheduling production based on sales orders, inventory levels, and capacity to ensure on-time order delivery.
What you´ll do
- Work closely with central planning and production teams, translating monthly plans into weekly line schedules.
- Manage and create production schedules, ensuring fine scheduling in the frozen zone.
- Analyze production capacity, schedule adherence, and resource utilization to optimize efficiency.
- Assist in completing warehouse standardization, 5S management, process optimization, and other related task.
- Responsible for the receipt, issuance, and inventory counting of raw materials in the SAP system.
What makes you a good fit
- Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in industrial engineering, logistics management, supply chain management, chemistry, or related fields.
- Experience requirement: 1+ years of experience in production/material planning or supply chain roles; manufacturing background preferred.
- Skill requirements: Solid understanding of core methodologies in production planning & control (PPC), inventory optimization, and end-to-end supply chain operations. Proficient in Excel & ERP systems (SAP).Basic data analysis skills with logical thinking and numerical aptitude.Knowledge of manufacturing processes and material management principles,etc.
- Personal qualities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent teamwork and cross-departmental communication skills, Self-motivated learner committed to continuous professional development, Meticulous, responsible, and thrives in deadline-driven environments.
- Other requirements: Good English reading and writing skills, capable of reading and understanding technical manuals, SOPs, and emails ,etc.
