What you´ll do
Operational Responsibilities:
- Shaping creative strategy for Content Studio, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals.
- Oversee and coordinate high-level e-commerce initiatives, including the production of master assets and packshots across all business units.
- Drive end-to-end project leadership for selected e-commerce projects—from creative conceptualization through project execution and stakeholder management.
- Support the implementation of digital tools and platforms, including the creation of performance dashboards and reporting structures.
- Ensure effective and accurate charging process and data reporting.
- Facilitate cross-location process harmonization, promoting consistency and operational excellence.
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Provide independent team leadership, including full responsibility for people management decisions, alignment with business objectives.
- Drive process optimization and standardization across departments through close collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the implementation of best practices.
- Manage day-to-day team operations, including workload distribution, attendance tracking, structural changes, and participation in recruitment activities.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance through proactive development planning, regular performance reviews, and talent motivation strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal business partners, management, and in managing escalated issues.
What makes you a good fit
- Proven experience in project management, ideally within a creative or e-commerce environment.
- Strong command of English (advanced level, both written and spoken).
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (intermediate level).
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively.
- Preferably a background in e-commerce or digital content production.
- Familiarity with tools such as Photoshop, 3Ds Max, Illustrator, and Acrobat is considered an asset.

Minimum salary: 2000 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.)
