What you´ll do
The Training and Organizational Development Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs and development initiatives that support the growth, performance, and engagement of employees. This role plays a key part in aligning learning strategies with organizational goals, enhancing workforce capabilities, and fostering a culture of HPS and professional development.
Training Program Design & Delivery:

Leads the local functionality of the Learning Management system to assure appropriate and relevant curriculum deployment to all associates.

Research and determine new approaches to utilize, optimize and leverage the Learning Management system in the learning process of associates.

Develop and facilitate engaging, learner-focused training sessions (in-person, virtual, and blended).
Collaborate with department leaders to conduct needs assessments and identify skill gaps.

Design instructional materials, manuals, job aids, and e-learning modules
Evaluation & Metrics:

Establish clear learning objectives and measurable outcomes for all training programs.

Monitor and report on training effectiveness using various frameworks.

Continuously improve programs based on feedback, assessments, and business impact.
Compliance & Professional Development:

Ensure training content aligns with legal, safety, and compliance standards.

Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing employees.
Other Technology:
-
Leads the local learning development process.

Researches and proposes new learning technology that could be leveraged to better serve associates learning process / jobs on the floor. i.e. video, point of use access to procedures, video procedures, etc.

Use all research techniques and resources available to gather information for program development to include online, libraries, Subject Matter Experts, and technical resources (off-site).
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelors degree with a concentration in Training & Development, Organizational Development or Human Resources Development preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years previous experience in training role or a learning technology role training required
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

The salary for this role is $56,000.00 - $67,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
