About this Position
The position purpose is to lead the specific Production Cell
What you´ll do
- Lead and coach the Operators
- Accountable for the development of the Operators according to the respective Skill Matrices
- Act as a role model for Safety, Quality, lives and embraces Henkels values
- Be part (hands-on) of most difficult Problem Solving on Chronic losses
- Support and manage the development and continuous improvement of standard work for all areas of the cell
- Work closely with the Process Engineer, Quality, VSU Leader, Training Manager and HPS
- Review team questions and ideas
- Provide support and resolve conflicts making sure the team can perform their tasks
- Ensure strict enforcement of safety and hygiene rules and instructions within their workshop or department
What makes you a good fit
- General Education : Engineer (Industrial Process, Food Processing, etc.)
- Professional Experience: 4 to 6 Years
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to manage personnel working on their machines
- Knowledge of various production Equipment
- Ability to meet production objectives
- Ability to monitor and report on operators work
- English is mandatory
