About this Position

As a Logistics Planning and Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our intercompany pricing processes. Your primary responsibility will be managing the updates for Intercompany Purchase Info Records (IC PIRs), which are vital for maintaining competitive and transparent pricing across our operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contributing your insights to prepare comprehensive reports on shipments and orders, while also generating Key Performance Indicators (KPI) dashboards that support our continuous improvement efforts. Working in a dynamic environment, you'll have the opportunity to directly influence our logistics strategies and ensure smooth intercompany transactions, ultimately supporting our mission to deliver exceptional value across all regions. What you´ll do

  • Manage monthly and quarterly updates for Intercompany Purchase Info Record (IC PIRs), ensuring accurate pricing information is uploaded to SharePoint
  • Confirm updated PIR prices for inclusion in standard cost releases
  • Create monthly pricelists and identify new materials, while maintaining Intercompany sales prices
  • Review and analyze monthly price differences
  • Report and address daily documents errors, offering proactive solutions
  • Prepare Open Shipment reports for IMEA and APAC regions
  • Generate Open Order reports, Minimum Order Quantity reports, and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) dashboards, contributing to process improvement efforts and resolving intercompany blocks in sales orders

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/ Administration, Engineering, Accounting or other relevant courses
  • Minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience in Transfer Pricing, Planning Support and Reporting (especially for business performance, decision-making, planning, supplier information, and purchasing); Preferably obtained from a Supply Chain-related role or industry
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge in reporting and analytics using Microsoft Office Excel is required; Skills in Power BI (front-end for dashboard creation and enhancement), VBA and Macros, SAP or other accounting system is highly preferred
  • Having a background in Continuous Improvement (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) and Project Management is an advantage; Must be proactive, analytical, and have good stakeholder management and presentation skills are required
  • Excellent command of the English language in both spoken and written
  • Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (12:00 NN - 9:00 PM) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
