What you´ll do
Material Planning:
- Analyzing current and future raw material needs and issue purchase orders accordingly
- Coordinating with Suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
- Identifying and mitigating potential supply risks, such as shortages or delays.
- Collaborating with other functions to escalate supply shortages.
- Developing and implementing contingency plans.
Inventory Management:
- Setting and maintaining optimal inventory levels for raw materials and finished goods.
- Monitoring inventory levels and identifying potential overstock or shortages.
- Working with warehouse teams to ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Working closely with production, procurement, and warehouse teams.
- Communicating potential supply risks and issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Providing regular updates on supply planning status and performance.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyzing data to identify trends and patterns in demand and supply.
- Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conducting root cause analysis of performance issues and recommending corrective actions
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience in Raw Material planning (additional supply planning / production planning experience preferred).
- Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain planning tools, SAP preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with supply chain principles, ASCM / APICS Certification or similar is preferred.

The salary for this role is $75,000.00 - $90,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
