What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, high-speed required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience applying Lean methodologies in a manufacturing environment required.
- Must have a highly developed understanding of TPM methodologies and implementation.
- Must have the ability to quantify improvements per KPI, lead RCA to solve production loss issues, lead change, and create process flows, value streams, and flow diagrams.
- Must be proficient in the use of value stream maps, fishbone diagrams, 5S, SMED visual management, and other lean tools.

There is a $1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS for this role. The salary range for this role is $76,100.00 - $140,000.00, depending on experience. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
