What you´ll do
- Responsible for selling Henkel LePage products through end user demand creation
- Professionally manage and be the primary contact for all sales and support activity within defined territory – Quebec/Montreal - Montreal Northshore preferred
- Deliver NES and GP1 annual growth per pro sales plan
- Identify targets, develop and implement sales plans and be accountable for delivering results
- Approximately 25% travel/overnights within given territory
- Develop and maintain relationships with; Distributors, dealers, alliance partners, builders, contractors, remodelers, architects, sealant specifiers
- Ability to work as a team with fellow field sales managers, retail team, marketing and others within the Henkel ACC NA business
- Jobsite inspection, testing and education ensuring specification of LePage products
- Participate in events such as; road shows, alliance partner shows and trainings, dealer BBQ’s, window and door training events. ROI should be considered when scheduling and participating in events
- Assist in product complaint resolution. This may include; jobsite inspection, product complaint form completion and submittal, immediate or suggested resolution
- Manage and communicate activity and results via CRM tool, meeting calendar, requested reporting and through presentations
- Manage special projects and provide market intel as requested to include; competitive activity and price shops
- Contribute to Henkel’s success by professionally challenging status quo, sharing your ideas and experience. At the same time accept and support final decisions
- Assume responsibility for other duties as assigned by National Sales Manager
What makes you a good fit
- Minimum 5 years selling experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in relevant market (residential/light commercial)
- Valid driver’s license
- Professional written and verbal communication – Bilingual French/English
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
