About this Position
As a Marketing & Sales Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for executing and maintaining regular reporting routines (daily, weekly, monthly) primarily in the area of Sales, using Excel and Power BI. What you'll do will contribute directly to supporting data-driven decision-making by delivering accurate, timely, and insightful reports to key stakeholders.
What you´ll do
- Prepare, run, and continuously improve standardized Sales reports using Excel and Power BI
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across recurring reports and dashboards
- Maintain and update existing reporting tools and structures, ensuring alignment with business needs and system updates
- Support data harmonization, automation, and transformation initiatives within the Marketing & Sales organization
- Contribute to cross-functional projects such as reporting optimization and system/process harmonization
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support key decisions by global and regional stakeholders
- Ensure all reporting activities comply with Henkel's internal frameworks and data governance standards
What makes you a good fit
We are looking for an analytically driven individual with a passion for processes and data. A background in finance, sales reporting, or procurement is considered an advantage, but more importantly, we value your motivation to grow and learn. While prior experience with Power Query & Power Pivot is highly appreciated, full training will be provided if needed.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including experience with functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, CONCATENATE, and data formatting
- Detail-orientation with strong time management skills, capability of setting priorities and meeting deadlines under pressure
- University degree (preferably in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field) or equivalent hands-on experience in data analysis or reporting
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as XLOOKUP, pivot tables, Index-Match etc.
- Intermediate knowledge of Power BI, with experience in building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualizations
- Basic knowledge of Power Query and Power Pivot, with a willingness to deepen expertise over time
