Production Supervisor, 2nd shift

What makes you a good fit

• Associate degree preferred high school graduate/equivalent with 3 – 5 years manufacturing/packaging experience, or equivalent required
  
• Must exhibit the skill to organize and prioritize work.
  
• Possess excellent communication skills both orally and in writing
  
• Required to be able to multi-task.
  
• Microsoft Office experience a must.
  
• Monitor quality control procedures
  
• Review/complete daily/weekly reports to promote and ensure proper tracking of line efficiency, labor efficiency and production units.
  
• Promote line efficiency and material efficiency
  
• Conduct daily/weekly meetings with team
  
• Ensure inventory accuracy of materials incoming and outgoing.
  
• Ensure employees are following policies and correct or document as required.
  
• Complete employee appraisal process by providing specific feedback on performance and opportunities.
  
• Responsible for making sure that all employees are properly trained.

The salary for this role is $70,000.00 - $80,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
