About this Position
Buscamos un/a SHE Specialist con experiencia en asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas ambientales y de seguridad. La persona en este puesto deberá atender trámites ante autoridades, evaluar riesgos operativos, desarrollar procedimientos y capacitar al personal para mantener un entorno de trabajo seguro y conforme a la legislación vigente.
What you´ll do
- Gestionar trámites y permisos ante autoridades regulatorias para asegurar el cumplimiento de licencias y normativas ambientales y de seguridad.
- Realizar y evaluar riesgos operativos asociados a procesos químicos peligrosos.
- Desarrollar, implementar y capacitar en procedimientos de seguridad y medio ambiente.
- Coordinar con las líneas de producción y supervisores para asegurar prácticas seguras en planta.
- Participar en validaciones de riesgo y seguridad en maquinaria, enfocado en la protección de operadores.
- Preparar reportes de resultados, KPIs y dar seguimiento a la comisión de seguridad e higiene.
- Investigar accidentes y proponer medidas correctivas.
- Realizar recorridos periódicos para verificar cumplimiento de normas y condiciones seguras.
- Utilizar herramientas como Microsoft Office para reportes y seguimiento documental.
What makes you a good fit
- Ingeniería Química, Mecánica o Industrial.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia el área SHE.
- Experiencia en evaluación y gestión de riesgos operativos.
- Inglés intermedio-avanzado, indispensable para visitas y reuniones con equipos internacionales.
- Habilidades sólidas en gestión de trámites y comunicación con autoridades.
- Deseable experiencia en arranques de fábrica o puesta en marcha de procesos.
- Capacidad para trabajar con interacción cercana con producción y supervisión
- Proactividad y atención al detalle.
- Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y comunicar claramente.
- Orientación a resultados y mejora continua.
- Capacidad analítica para identificar riesgos y proponer soluciones.
