About this Position

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for leading and managing a third-party field sales team to execute the company’s sales strategy across national independent channels. This role plays a key part in driving performance, ensuring alignment with brand objectives, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to maximize in-store presence and sales. Collaborating closely with the Independent Customer Teams, the Sales Coordinator ensures consistent execution of promotional activities, retail compliance, and achievement of sales targets. The role also involves data-driven decision-making, coaching for performance, and managing third-party agency partnerships to deliver excellence at the point of purchase. 

What you´ll do

  • Lead and motivate a third-party field sales team, setting clear KPIs, providing coaching, and driving execution of national sales targets.
  • Manage third-party agency relationships, including service level agreements, performance reviews, and field visit assessments to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Execute national sales strategies by translating commercial priorities into actionable plans, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, pricing, and promotional activities.
  • Oversee retail execution across key channels, maintaining high merchandising standards, point-of-sale compliance, and addressing execution gaps promptly.
  • Analyse field data, sales performance, and market trends to identify risks and opportunities, using insights to improve field effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate with marketing, category, and customer teams to align in-store execution with broader commercial strategies.
  • Act as a key link between head office and field operations, ensuring strategic consistency and effective communication.
  • Manage field sales budgets and resources, monitoring costs related to third-party teams and field initiatives to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

What makes you a good fit

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Excel (intermediate level) and strong PowerPoint skills.
  • Demonstrated strong negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
