About this position
About this Position
- A business partner across the entire value chain by providing reports and analyses of sales and marketing data related to markets, clients and consumers as basis for fact-based decision-making.
What you´ll do
- Partner with the business by providing reports and analyses, primarily using Henkel internal systems and 3rd party data systems.
- Reporting and presentation preparation of macroeconomic, industry, and competitive market and financial data via desktop research.
- Act as point person/SME in assisting colleagues in handling special analysis, ad hoc requests from stakeholders and resolving issues/inquiries from counterparts.
- Serve as data accuracy gatekeeper and be able to conduct root cause analyses and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Handle other related duties that may be assigned by superior.
What makes you a good fit
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/Sales/Computer Science/IT.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of working experience, ideally with prior internship or full-time exposure to data reporting or business analytics.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in using Microsoft office software.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, automation basics).
- Proficient PowerPoint for presentation output.
- Experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Familiarity with Sales BI. - Language:
- Chinese native speaker.
- English as working language, excellent in both verbal and written. - Soft Skills:
- Strong logic and attention to detail.
- Reliable, communicative, and structured working style.
- Stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to learn.
