What you´ll do

  • Manage the responsible product portfolio in the region focus on strategic product management work
  • Keep stakeholders up to date on relevant product changes; manage product switches efficiently
  • Interface with Marketing, Product Development, Application Engineer, Purchasing, Operation and Supply Chain.
  • Lead product portfolio and product lifecycle management, support new product launch, product complexity management to maintain the healthy product portfolio.
  • Drive profitability improvement, product cost management for both new and commercialized products, low & negative margin management, initiate product localization projects to continue improving the profitability.
  • Execute Portfolio Optimization proposals in alignment with local Sales Team
  • Conduct price analysis based on market conditions, competition, with regional policies; collaborate with the Price Manager and team to recommend adjustments, maintain margins, update price lists, and manage approvals
  • Analyze product portfolio by using Henkel tools and processes
  • Support management of regional product portfolio and consequently manage product portfolio complexity
  • Manage master data processes and data maintenance
  • Support other global and regional projects, such as Cost Optimization, Master Data, Process Improvement etc.

What makes you a good fit

  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Engineering or in a relevant field
  • Min 5 years of relevant experience in an B2C and/or B2B marketing or product management
  • Good knowledge of project management
  • Excel master, SAP user and Power BI professional is plus.
  • Strong business acumen to drive sales growth and profitability improvements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Polish & English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
