What you´ll do

- You will lead a team of technical sales representatives passionate about bringing expertise to our customers

You act as an entrepreneur:
- You will guide your team to bring the best solutions for customers in your sales area
- You will engage with and motivate channel partners to maximize our market coverage
- You will leverage and further develop the strength of LOCTITE and other Henkel industrials brands
You collaborate as part of strong team
- You will cooperate with our global and diverse Sales Area Manager team to share best-practices and coordinate sales execution
- You will liaise with other teams in Henkel to coordinate their support for your team

- 5+ years of experience in Sales ideally in the technical Sales or the Automotive Aftermarket
- Passion for people development and experience in leadership
- Inquisitive and collaborative mindset
- Ability to self-manage time and prioritize workload
- Process thinking and solutions-oriented problem solver
- Confident presenting in a group setting
- IT literacy and affinity to learn & work with digital tools
- Excellent English skills, German is a plus
