What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Engineering, or a Chemical-related field.
- 3-5 years of industrial sales experience, with automotive industry experience being a significant plus.
- In-depth understanding of adhesive technologies and a solid mechanical aptitude, enabling effective communication of technical concepts and product benefits.
- Proven ability to proactively prospect new business opportunities through networking and building relationships with key industry stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in expanding customer bases and cultivating long-term partnerships.
- Strong sales execution skills, with the ability to move opportunities through the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
- Skilled in developing tailored solutions for clients and overcoming objections to secure deals.
- Adept at preparing and delivering clear, compelling presentations to customer groups, effectively communicating product capabilities and value propositions to diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, ensuring the effective handling of multiple tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines and achieving sales targets.
- A strong desire to achieve and exceed sales goals, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or surpassing targets.
- Focused on driving growth, generating revenue, and delivering measurable results.
- Able and willing to travel in assigned sales territory on a weekly basis. Candidate should be prepared to travel 50% of their time to include the state of Tennessee and into Southern Kentucky.
- This position does provide an opportunity for an annual incentive bonus.

The salary for this role is $75000.00 - $100000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
