What you´ll do
- Support the global performance cycle by preparing communication materials, manager guides and tracking key milestones to ensure global alignment
- Assist in analyzing talent and performance data, generating meaningful insights and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of strategic HR initiative, including the rollout of new talent and performance management project
- Support communication and coordination with global HR business partners, Centers of Excellence and other internal stakeholders
- Experience a truly global HR environment with the opportunity to collaborate with senior stakeholders
- Gain hands-on experience in strategic global projects that drive talent development and performance management
- Contribute to a dynamic and inclusive team culture with autonomy, mentoring, and learning opportunities
- Interact with diverse colleagues from multiple cultures and backgrounds
What makes you a good fit
- Student who is pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in the fields of HR, Business, Psychology or a related area
- Fluent English language skills, additional languages are advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Proactivity and a genuine interest in global HR and talent development
- Availability as of September 2025 for six months

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2095. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
