About this position
What you´ll do
- Deeply understand the company's strategy and business needs, identify business opportunities, and assist in formulating the annual digital transformation plan aligned with digitalization objectives.
- Serve internal stakeholders with the goal of enhancing company efficiency by implementing various digital transformation products, including investment management, incentive systems, training systems, etc.
- Responsible for overall coordination among relevant business departments to ensure timely delivery, accurate understanding, and prompt acceptance of business requirements.
- Coordinate internal technical teams and vendor teams to plan and design product architecture, leading the team to successfully deliver and implement products.
- Possess excellent data analysis and logical thinking skills, actively stay updated on industry and technology trends, continuously optimize product features and related strategies, and insist on iterative improvements to meet the evolving business needs of the company.
- Continuously promote and cultivate digital capabilities across various channels and business departments.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferred major in information technology, computer science, statistics, or related fields.
- Over 8 years of experience in the implementation and deployment of information systems or digital transformation projects.
- Experience with B2B products, strong business understanding and learning ability, capable of business design and process reengineering.
- Background in both client and vendor roles is not limited; prior experience in digital transformation within FMCG, durable goods, or pharmaceutical industries is preferred.
