- Master's degree in human resources, Management or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years of experience in similar position within a multinational Company with good knowledge of HR Operations Environment and mindset
- Knowledge in HR Operations and local Payroll regulations
- Knowledge in Compensation and benefits
- Team Player and collaborative
- English and French strong verbal and written skills
- Office Pack Mastery: Mainly Excel and Powerpoint for presentations
