About this Position

We are looking for a proactive Business Planning Specialist to lead volume forecasting for Consumer & Craftsmen Adhesives in the Easter-European region. You will align forecasts with business goals, collaborate cross-functionally, and support product lifecycle activities to drive sales, profitability, and market performance.

What you´ll do

  • Manage the volume forecast of Consumer & Craftsmen Adhesives in Demand Planning tool of your assigned countries (Eastern-Europe)
  • Validate statistical forecasting methods and align with corresponding Sales, Marketing & Product Management teams to gather relevant market information and enrich the statistical model
  • Become a Business Enabler by aligning financial forecast with volume forecast and impacting Sales, Profitability and Market Share in your country(s)
  • Be the main point of contact for business escalations for Opportunities & Risks
  • Leverage Operations to fulfil business priorities and collaborate with Operations to ensure product availability
  • Participate in Product Lifecycle management, steer timing, stock ramp-up (for a launch) & depletion (for a phase-out)
  • Participate in S&OE Meetings with Business, Supply Planning, Logistics and Customer Service in your countries

What makes you a good fit

  • University degree in Supply Chain / Data Scientist / Business Administration or similar
  • 2 years professional experience in Supply Chain (Demand / Supply / Operations, etc.) and in operating systems (SAP – advantage)
  • Proficiency in English (writing/reading/speaking)
  • Advanced data management knowledge (SQL, Power BI, MS Office)
  • Demonstrated high analytical and logical thinking skills under time pressure
  • Demonstrated ability to present complex data to audiences at all levels
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Performance & optimization-oriented work attitude
  • Presentation skills & strong communication skills
