About this Position
L’Ingénieur SHE est responsable de la mise en œuvre, du suivi et de l’amélioration continue des politiques de Santé, Hygiène et Environnement au sein du site. Il veille à garantir la conformité réglementaire, à prévenir les risques professionnels et environnementaux, et à promouvoir une culture sécurité forte.
What you´ll do
- Mettre en œuvre et faire vivre les politiques SHE de l’entreprise conformément aux réglementations locales et aux standards du groupe
- Identifier, évaluer et gérer les risques liés à la sécurité, à l'hygiène industrielle, et à l’environnement
- Piloter les analyses de risques, études HAZOP, HIRA, AMDEC, etc
- Suivre les indicateurs SHE (accidents, incidents, taux de fréquence, taux de gravité, non-conformités environnementales...)
- Mener les enquêtes en cas d'incidents ou accidents et assurer le suivi des plans d’actions correctives/préventives
- Préparer et animer les audits internes et externes (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.)
- Organiser et animer les formations et sensibilisations SHE du personnel
- Collaborer avec les équipes maintenance, production, RH et médecine du travail pour garantir un environnement de travail sûr et sain
What makes you a good fit
- Bac +5 (ingénieur, Master HSE, ou équivalent)
- Minimum 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire, idéalement en milieu industriel
- Solide connaissance des normes SHE (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OHSAS, ICPE, etc.)
- Maîtrise des outils d’analyse de risques et de gestion des incidents
- Bonne connaissance de la réglementation HSE locale
- Leadership et capacité à fédérer les équipes autour des enjeux SHE
- Aisance à communiquer à tous les niveaux de l’organisation
- Maîtrise de l'Anglais
