About this Position

As a Process Worker, you are responsible for operating equipment, handling materials, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting production and warehouse tasks. You’ll work closely with the team to meet targets while ensuring safety, efficiency, and attention to detail. If you have the skills to achieve these requirements you will be joining a team with an amazing work culture 

What you´ll do

  • Operate production equipment (filling, mixing, washing) and handle chemicals safely
  • Operate a forklift and assist with raw material staging as needed
  • Maintain housekeeping standards and support 5S workflow practices
  • Distribute stock accurately across the factory and warehouse
  • Perform minor maintenance and assist in dispatch and other warehouse areas
  • Support operations and supply chain performance improvements
  • Collaborate with team leader and supervisor to meet production targets
  • Adhere to Henkel SHE standards, environmental programs, and HPS initiatives with strong attention to detail

What makes you a good fit

  • Preference on minimum 2 years’ chemical handling experience and relevant certifications
  • Forklift licence is highly desirable
  • Good mechanical understanding
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and manage a diverse workload
  • Willingness to assist across production and warehouse operations
  • Effective communication and ability to work with a diverse team
