About this Position
Adhesive Technologies Innovation Project Manager is to lead and manage cross-regional innovation projects to drive business growth, working closely with cross-functional teams. This position is responsible for overseeing project execution, budgets, and risks while ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering continuous improvement.
What you´ll do
- Manage and execute complex, cross-regional innovation programs/projects
- Define and manage project milestones to ensure alignment with global business and innovation strategies - financial business plans, technical roadmaps, customer roadmaps, positioning, risk analysis including mitigation plan
- Identify potential key gaps and provide alternative solutions in order to meet the business targets
- Drive business case and value proposition management and prepare and present projects for gate reviews
- Manage project budget and KPIs while ensuring proactive and regular communication on project status
- Take lead in case of problems and conflicts during project management
- Drive regional projects & business initiatives to foster best practice exchange and continuous improvement
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor degree in Engineering / Science / Chemistry is preferred (MBA preferable)
- Five (5) years or more of relevant project management experience is required
- Fluent in English
- Project management skills and technology knowledge, along with experience in projects on technology or product development
