About this Position

Adhesive Technologies Innovation Project Manager is to lead and manage cross-regional innovation projects to drive business growth, working closely with cross-functional teams. This position is responsible for overseeing project execution, budgets, and risks while ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering continuous improvement. 

What you´ll do

  • Manage and execute complex, cross-regional innovation programs/projects
  • Define and manage project milestones to ensure alignment with global business and innovation strategies - financial business plans, technical roadmaps, customer roadmaps, positioning, risk analysis including mitigation plan
  • Identify potential key gaps and provide alternative solutions in order to meet the business targets
  • Drive business case and value proposition management and prepare and present projects for gate reviews
  • Manage project budget and KPIs while ensuring proactive and regular communication on project status
  • Take lead in case of problems and conflicts during project management
  • Drive regional projects & business initiatives to foster best practice exchange and continuous improvement

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering / Science / Chemistry is preferred (MBA preferable)
  • Five (5) years or more of relevant project management experience is required
  • Fluent in English
  • Project management skills and technology knowledge, along with experience in projects on technology or product development
  • Collaborative & positive teamwork skills
  • Strong positive “can-do” mind set and team spirit
  • Entrepreneurial, persistent and result-oriented mind-set
