What you´ll do

  • Support of the innovation pipeline in respective systems (e.g. HINT, SEAL): continuous check of timings/milestones;
  • providing all departments/stakeholders with reminders as soon as timings get critical;
  • advice on next steps or remind if next steps are unclear (departments, team, or countries);
  • implement major changes in project timing & upload to system;
  • coordinate artwork process in SEAL and country artwork process with local departments, cooperate with artwork agency on the AW process;
  • steering of regular stakeholder meetings (incl. preparation of agenda, preparation of working papers, active participation, writing and distribution of minutes)
  • Coordinate and/or lead complex specific tasks within the Innovation Process as aligned with the respective Business Partners and as instructed by the Team Lead/Team Manager (e.g. key user for system/tool), seek for continuous process improvements (optimization) and execute them in collaboration with Deputy TL (TL)
  • Support new colleagues in the onboarding process, share knowledge and best practices and advice when required
  • Track and monitor own KPIs and share them on designated online platform
  • Contribute to End-to-End Ideation to Launch process delivery to support Time to Market and continuously strive for leaner process optimization and acceleration.
