What you´ll do

  • In partnership with the Head of Corporate Communications, manage all external communications across all channels in Türkiye (corporate website, social media, press release development).
  • In partnership with the Head of Corporate Communications, develop and execute a strategic and integrated internal communications plan to support business goals in Türkiye.
  • Support the Head of Corporate Communications in executing a strategic and integrated communications plan to support business goals in Türkiye.
  • Support the regional corporate communications team with ad hoc communication projects.
  • Support the Head of Corporate Communications in developing high-level internal presentations to communicate proposals to higher management.
  • Manage and create internal communications across all channels in Türkiye.
  • Build, manage and update existing digital channels and content (video, social, web) and advise on future direction for new online channels.
  • Assist the executive management board in Türkiye with various communication activities and campaigns.
  • Showcase communication strategy proposals/successes to higher management within Corporate Communications.
  • Provide administrative support including invoice processing, purchase order (PO) follow-up, budget planning, and agency relationship management.
  • Provide support for townhalls and quarterly board meetings.

What makes you a good fit

  • Have a bachelor's degree in social sciences, English language and literature, public relations, sociology, translation and interpreting studies, or philosophy.
  • Have at least 2 or 3 years of experience in corporate communications and public relations.
  • Experience in an FMCG company or a multinational environment is considered an additional asset.
  • Must have strong editorial skills.
  • Fluency in both English and Turkish (verbal and written), with the ability to translate between the two languages, is a must.
  • Knowledgeable in public relations practices and experience in handling social media would be a plus.
