About this Position
This position is highly innovative, shaping the digital future of the factory and contributing to the Digital end-to-end Supply Chain strategy. Understanding the status quo of the factory, identifying digital opportunities together with all factory departments and the Int'l Digital Transformation team, developing and implementing digital projects for a good plant performance.
What you´ll do
- Assurance of full functionality, penetration and improvement of all digital tools and applications onsite
- Organize digital gym and support qualification of workforce according to base and advanced expert fit
- Actively develop and execute the digital roadmap of the factory
- Act as the main point of contact for the Digital Transformation team in the factory
- Strong connection to key accounting counterparts in Dx
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Automation, Mechatronic, Industrial or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within an industrial environment preferably in a Multinational Company
- Strong skills in Automated processes
- Stong digital and analytical skills (mastery of digital industrial applications)
- Team Player and good communicator in both french and English
