What makes you a good fit
- BS degree Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Computer Science or similar
- At least 3 years (preferably 5+ years) of experience in Project Management
- Understanding of databases, master data principles, and ERP/MES/SCADA data management
- PLC/DSC knowledge is desirable. Foxboro, Allen Bradley, and Siemens PCS 7 are all applicable.
- Strong ability to drive change through the organization while communicating timing and challenges to stakeholders and management.
- Proven track record of learning and training others to function in today’s digital environments
- Must execute complex operational programs in teams and multi-stakeholder organizational structures.
- Ability to lead, follow, and adapted situationally in a collaborative multi-disciplined team.
- Outstanding analytical skills, including financial business case creation through the generation of information from facility’s SCADA system.
- Eager to learn with interest in new technologies, digitization, and data analysis

The salary for this role is $63,000.00 - $101,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
