About this Position

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Onsite Representative to join our team and work directly inside our customer´s plant in Puebla. This role will oversee and support technical processes on-site, ensuring consistent performance, customer satisfaction, and process compliance.
The ideal candidate will supervise three key operational processes related to physical-chemical analysis, installation checks, and consumption/inventory tracking, while also maintaining strong communication with the client and internal teams.

What you´ll do

  • Supervise and support three main process areas within the plant:
    Physical-chemical analysis
    Installation inspections (pressure, levels, equipment parameters)
  • Documentation management (consumption reports, inventory tracking, material receipts, weekly reports)

  • Provide on-site customer service and technical support to the client.

  • Troubleshoot and coordinate the resolution of operational or technical failures.

  • Implement and maintain statistical process control tools (charts, trend analysis).

  • Assist during internal and external audits.

  • Ensure timely submission of reports and operational data.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, technical service). 

What makes you a good fit

  • Must live in Puebla or be willing to relocate (this is a fully on-site position).
  • Bacherlor degree in industrial engineering or similar. 
  • 3+ years of experience in a related field. 
  • Previous technical experience in industrial environments; experience in the automotive sector is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of physical-chemical processes and industrial installations.
  • Strong skills in data reporting and process control.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make timely decisions.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (charts, data analysis, reporting).
  • Willingness to work according to industrial plant schedules.
