About this Position

As a Regulatory Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our raw materials are accurately documented and harmonized globally. Your work will directly support the integrity of our supply chain and product safety, making it essential for our commitment to excellence and compliance in our industry. You will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to driving process improvements and fostering effective communication across departments. Reporting to the [Relevant Manager/Team Lead Title], you’ll have the opportunity to engage with cross-functional teams and IT support, tackling unique challenges that arise from managing complex documentation and data systems. This position not only allows you to sharpen your technical skills but also empowers you to initiate impactful changes that enhance our operations. What you´ll do

  • Maintain Raw Material International Data Harmonization (IDH); Create new Raw Material and Perfume IDH numbers in SAP P03
  • Handle IDH-related requests coming through Master Data Harmonization mailbox and Raw Material documentation coming through legacy documentation storage database Substance Information System (SIS) in mailbox
  • Update and Enter information about Raw Materials into SAP database called Document & Raw Information System (DORIS); Uploads chemistry-related documentation to DORIS database
  • Create tickets to solve issues where IT support is needed; Assign Baskets/Categories to the DORIS/SIS database
  • Contribute or initiate process improvement

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
  • Must have at least one (1) year work experience related to Research and Development, Regulatory (Material Compliance and Quality Management)
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); SAP background is an advantage
  • Willingness to work with numbers and data, keen to details, and able to manage stakeholders
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati 
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
