- Atendimento a contas relevantes para o negócio de Adesivos;
- Desenvolvimento de novas contas, buscar novas oportunidades de negócio;
- Operar de forma estratégica no desenvolvimento/gestão de contas importantes, focando o atingimento dos KPI's;
- Oferecer uma abordagem proativa e consultiva para explorar necessidades e encontrar a melhor solução para os clientes com o apoio de nossa equipe técnica;
- Construir uma relação de confiança com os clientes finais e com a rede de distribuição;
- Realização de treinamentos e demonstrações técnicas;
- Representar os valores da empresa pensando de forma ampla e ágil;
- Colaborar com as partes interessadas para apoiar o crescimento da Henkel e desenvolver projetos usando nossa ferramenta de CRM.
O que faz de você um bom(a) candidato(a)
- Formação Superior em Engenharia, Química, Administração, Marketing ou áreas correlatas ao comercial;
- Ter disponibilidade para viagens de carro e avião para outros estados no Nordeste – mínimo de 70% do tempo em deslocamento;
- Experiência de vendas B2B nos segmentos de Adesivos;
- Capacidade analítica e estratégica com foco em resultado;
- Capacidade para lidar com diferentes perfis de clientes;
- Boa comunicação e conforto para realização de treinamentos a clientes;
- Autonomia para desenvolvimento das atividades e perfil “hands on”/“hunter”;
- Conhecimentos da língua inglesa (oral e escrito) será um diferencial;
- Conhecimentos no segmento automotivo de distribuição será um diferencial;
- Bom domínio de Excel, sendo um diferencial já ter utilizado CRM, Power BI e outras ferramentas.
