About this Position

As a Logistics Planning and Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our global supply chain by ensuring the accuracy and timely delivery of essential reports. Your expertise will directly support decision-making processes that enhance inventory management and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with global counterparts, fostering effective communication to meet service-level agreements (SLAs) and addressing task-related inquiries. Working alongside a dedicated team, your contributions will support various supply chain projects focused on operational excellence and compliance with ISO standards. With an emphasis on clear business process documentation, you’ll work to ensure alignment and accuracy across teams, making a tangible impact on our mission to deliver seamless logistical operations. What you´ll do

  • Prepare, distribute, and ensure timely delivery of reports while maintaining high data quality standards to support global supply chain decision-making.
  • Lead initiatives to standardize and continuously improve reporting and transactional processes
  • Investigate data/reporting issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement actionable solutions
  • Provide support across reporting and transactional tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Collaborate with global counterparts in line with SLAs and communicate effectively with stakeholders on task-related inquiries
  • Support supply chain-related projects, evaluate improvement opportunities, and contribute to operational excellence.
  • Regularly update ISO documents, desktop procedures, and ensure compliance with current processes
  • Develop and maintain clear, structured, and efficient business process documentation using Signavio, in direct collaboration with global and local counterparts to ensure alignment and accuracy

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Finance, or Management-related courses
  • Preferably with a minimum of two (2) years of related work experience in Planning Support and Reporting
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), Power Query, Power BI, and VBA scripting is required
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes is essential
  • Background in Continuous Improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) and Project Management is an advantage
  • Must be proactive, analytical, and possess strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
  • Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written, with strong attention to detail
  • Amenable to work on a night-shift schedule (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
