About this Position
As part of our Automotive Adhesives team, you will play a key role in supporting product development projects that drive innovation and meet customer needs in the automotive industry. You will plan and conduct laboratory experiments, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve adhesive products, ensuring quality, safety, and performance standards are met.
What you´ll do
- Take ownership of supporting adhesive product development projects for the automotive industry.
- Plan, execute, and document laboratory experiments, ensuring accurate recording of results.
- Analyze experimental data, draw meaningful conclusions, and recommend next steps.
- Strictly follow environmental, health, and safety guidelines in the lab and during product handling.
- Collaborate closely with application engineering, production, and sourcing teams to develop and enhance products.
- Support manufacturing in maintaining product quality and consistency.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments, incorporating feedback to improve results.
- Present technical work in team meetings and, when required, at industry events or conferences.
