  • 软性服务专员应着力提升供应商管理的运营效率和服务质量,涵盖害虫防治、清洁服务、通勤班车及食堂管理等方面,同时合理优化预算。岗位要求具备出色的领导能力,确保实现成本控制、可持续发展和高标准服务,切实履行公司对安全保障和员工福祉的承诺。通过强化供应商管理与合规监督,该岗位致力于提升工作场所生产力,营造安全、整洁且以员工为核心的优质办公环境。

您的主要工作内容

  • 负责软性服务(食堂、班车、保洁、害虫防治)全过程管理,确保运营高效,提升员工满意度。
  • 在保证各项设施高质量服务的前提下,推动成本优化。
  • 维护供应商关系,开展绩效评估、合同谈判及合规管理。
  • 严格落实安全、健康及环保(SHE)要求,确保各项服务合规。
  • 与各部门密切协作,确保服务满足公司战略目标和员工需求。
  • 推动持续改进,不断提升服务品质和可持续发展水平

职位要求

  • 本科及以上学历。
  • 至少3年企业工作经验。
  • 具备企业家精神、团队协作意识及积极主动的问题解决能力。
  • 良好的沟通(中文)及人际交往能力。
  • 计算机技能,如熟练使用微软办公软件。
