About this Position

Henkel Consumer Brands is looking for an Assistant in the Marketing Department to support our local marketing operations and brand activities in Ukraine 

What you´ll do

You will be part of the Henkel Consumer Brands Marketing team, working closely with Brand Managers, Sales teams, and other internal stakeholders. You will play a key role in:

  • Coordinating daily marketing administration, including document workflow and business trip arrangements.
  • Preparing and consolidating marketing and sales reports (market dynamics, market share, sales analytics).
  • Assisting in the preparation of presentations and regularly scheduled reports.
  • Supporting brand projects from planning to implementation.
  • Managing marketing & sales sample orders and updating recommended price files.
  • Organizing internal and external meetings for the Marketing Department.
  • Formatting documents, creating templates, and designing presentations.
  • Carrying out other related tasks to ensure smooth marketing operations.

What makes you a good fit

  • University degree in Marketing, Economics, or Management (completed or final-year student).
  • Fluent English: additional languages are an advantage.
  • 1+ year of marketing experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Proficient user of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated to learn and grow.
