What makes you a good fit
- University degree in Construction Engineering, Chemical Engineering or similar technical field or minimum 3 years of experience in B2B technical sales or cooperation with industrial clients, preferably in construction materials, adhesives, prefabrication, precast production, or engineering services
- Proven ability to navigate industrial organizations and identify decision-makers
- English, Polish – fluent (both spoken and written). Czech/Slovak – conversational level is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to translate technical knowledge into customer value
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts
- Open mindset and solution-oriented attitude
- Proactive and self-driven, capable of working independently across a multi-country territory
- Comfort with technical presentations and conducting product trials on-site
