About this Position

Work in an international and dynamic Marketing team striving to shape the future of Henkel Consumer Brands and become a fully integrated member of the team autonomously managing 37 brands in Europe.

What you´ll do

  • Active participation in the equity steering of unique brands in the category of Laundry Additives (Colour Catcher / Dylon fabric dyes, etc.)
  • Support decision-making processes by preparing data monitoring, strategic analytics and presentations
  • Collaboration on a daily basis with design, research and advertising agencies
  • Support the team in creating wide range of initiatives and measures - product launches and relaunches, strategic analytics, market and consumer research, marketing mix initiatives, advertising communication (TV & digital)
  • Support coordination of various teams inc. local and regional marketing team
  • Own set of responsibilities for specific projects
  • Grow within a highly motivated team with numerous interfaces inside the organization as a first step towards building a long-term career at Henkel
  • Receive continuous feedback & further develop your skills – in entrepreneurial culture that will help you to grow and follow your passion
  • Shape and contribute to various actions bringing our purposeful growth agenda to life

What makes you a good fit

  • Active student of business administration - who has successfully passed the first semesters of a business-related bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding results to date
  • Practical or international experience, e.g. by former internships or semester abroad, is beneficial
  • Interest / Focus on Marketing is an advantage
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Open, proactive, and creative mindset - as well as enthusiasm, diligence, and reliability
  • Highly motivated, self-organized and ambitious team player with an eagerness to learn

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.095 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
