What you´ll do
- Support the Sustainability team in Operational Excellence to integrate sustainability principles into engineering, production processes and shopfloor engagement
- Assist with best practice sharing initiatives to standardize and improve energy, water and waste management practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve central access to knowledge and communication material
- Own and drive your own project for either establishing new best practices or driving local improvement projects
What makes you a good fit
- Student currently enroled in a master's program in environmental engineering, sustainability management or similar
- First experience in sustainability management, lean practices, organizational development or in a technical environment is preffered
- Fluent in English language, other languages are a plus
- Previous experience in SharePoint based documentation management and Excel, PowerBI is a plus
- Autonomous mindset with high degree of accountability and creative problem solving

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2095. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
