What you´ll do
- Execute strategic pricing process(es) and policies globally/regionally.
- Lead ongoing pricing activities and projects across the Region and functions (Sales, Strategy, Product Management, Finance).
- Provide expertise in price setting for global/regional products and in price execution.
- Responsible for governance on discounts/rebates and surcharges.
- Develop internal and external communication related to pricing.
- Own various pricing analyses and reports that support the Region on measuring price impact against guidance/targets.
- Drive value capture by implementing global/regional price strategy.
- Collaborate with Central Pricing Team to design pricing tools/processes for harmonization (and adaptation) across the various business units and lead adoption of tools/processes within the SBU.

What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in Strategy/Consulting, Pricing, Controlling or Finance
- Well-developed change management skills.
- Strong convincing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced analytical, conceptual, and structured problem-solving capabilities.
- This is a hybrid role - 3 days in the office per week are required

The salary for this role is $115,000.00- $130,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
