What you’ll do
- Work as part of a dedicated Global Industrial Design team to develop innovative packaging and product solutions.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams in Packaging Engineering, Manufacturing, Formulation, and Consumer Insights.
- Research, explore, and design new structural packaging concepts across Henkel Consumer Brands product lines.
- Develop 2D and 3D concepts through sketching and CAD modeling.
- Create and evaluate 3D CAD models, renderings, and rapid prototypes.
- Participate in brainstorming and problem-solving sessions with interdisciplinary innovation teams.
- Support consumer research projects using in-house focus group facilities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations that communicate design strategy and project outcomes.
What makes you a good fit
- A undergraduate student (current sophomore, junior or senior) pursuing a degree in Industrial design.
- Experience with SolidWorks or other solid modeling software (e.g., Fusion 360, Pro-E, Siemens NX).
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; Microsoft PowerPoint experience is a plus.
- Interest or experience in rapid prototyping and working in a model shop environment.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- This internship is eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support.
- The anticipated start date for this internship is January 5, 2026, and the anticipated end date is June 19, 2026.

The salary for this role is $22-$27/hour. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
