About this Position
Support building and optimizing Henkel Adhesive Technologies (HAT) product content on our B2B customer-facing channels via our Product Information Management (PIM) system. Play a vital role in the strategic deployment of our lovable portfolio and content to be e-promoted, e-findable, e-shoppable for new and existing customers, empowering them to self-service and find the right solution. Drive executional excellence of our regional ePortfolio deployment via process optimization and industrialization at scale.
What you´ll do
- Contribute as part of the eCatalog team to developing and implementing our HAT online product catalogs for our HAT Industrials Steering Business Units (SBUs) to drive conversion and product findability
- Responsible for deploying product content strategy for our owned customer facing channels for HAT Industrials leveraging and refining global blueprints and E2E processes within the eCatalog ecosystem and team
- Co-create playbook for and with SBUs to create strategically relevant and impactful content and guide in execution.
- Drive localization at scale enablers and processes cross-regions and cross-SBU to ensure content integrity
- Scope, drive and validate technical development for RAQN on Product Listing & Detail Pages (PLP, PDP) together with internal stakeholders and technical agencies to continuously evolve conversion capabilities
- Deliver best-in-class product information to internal and external stakeholders (sales/marketing teams, distributors & end customers) in strong cooperation with Master Data Team, Category/PTM/PLM and M&CA
- Identify and leverage improvements together with business process owners to streamline processes and govern data
- Establish processes/guidelines for updating/maintaining product content specific to Consumers & Professionals channels
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration or similar, ideally with a focus on marketing or communications
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, corporate communications, brand management, digital project management or similar roles
- Product knowledge in B2B context is preferred
- Strong (agile) project & stakeholder management skills with proven experience to drive cross-functional teams (external and internal)
- Energetic and proactive hands-on approach, can-do attitude and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
